Process Safety Engineer

Permanent – Full-time – Salary up to £65,000 a year DOE + bonus

We are looking for a Process Safety Engineer to join our expanding process team, supporting clients across the UK and globally.

The successful engineer will have 5+ years’ experience, including exposure to a diverse range of sectors and systems.

Excellent PAYE package available plus generous car allowance and the opportunity to develop your career with an all-encompassing organisation. A hybrid role of attending client sites and office/home based for report writing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • IChemE Chartered (or working towards chartership)
  • Understanding of SHE legislation including process safety codes and standards e.g. COMAH, DSEAR
  • Practical knowledge and experience of major accident hazard risks
  • Basic chemistry principles including gas and dust
  • Ability to complete assessments/reports with effective solutions regarding DSEAR, ATEX, HAC
  • Ability to work around the UK on various client sites
  • A good communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK

Desired:

  • Experience of any of the following: HAZOP LOPA, SIL
  • Ability to work internationally if projects require

Process Safety Engineer

Ad-hoc/Freelance – Day rate DOE

We are looking for ad-hoc/freelance Process Safety Engineers to join our expanding process team, supporting clients across the UK and globally.

The successful candidates will have 5+ years’ experience, including exposure to a diverse range of sectors and systems.

Competitive day rates available dependent upon experience, with the flexibility of short/long term duration.

A hybrid role of attending client sites and office/home based for report writing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • IChemE Chartered (or working towards chartership)
  • Understanding of SHE legislation including process safety codes and standards e.g. COMAH, DSEAR

Contracts E&I Engineer

Full-time | Permanent | Up to £52,500 a year DOE plus up to 20% Bonuses

F.E.S. (EX) have an opportunity for a new Contract’s Engineer to join our dynamic team. Immediate start for the right candidate, but must live within the Humber region and be able to operate from our Grimsby or Hull office.

  • CompEx Ex01-Ex04 desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate

COMPEX Electricians

Full-time | PAYE

E & I CompEx Inspectors/Installers required for various projects around the UK. PAYE positions available for immediate starts. Candidates to be located close to our Lincolnshire/Hull offices.
